Anneliese Louise van der Pol - an American born Dutch actress and singer - is an Dutch national. She is well-known for her theatre work and for starring in the role of Chelsea Daniels on the Disney Channel show That's So Raven and its spin-off Raven's Home. Anneliese van der Pol is an Dutch base American actor (Female) and a vocalist who is most well-known for her frequent parts in the television series That's So Raven. The group recorded an original version of the Disney classic Candle on the Water, from Pete's Dragon in 2006 for an issue of Disneymania. As part of Broadway, as Belle van der Pol, she sang a variety of songs which were heard in the soundtrack of the musical, like A Change in Me.
